Are you ready for a spring in your step?

Spring is a great time to start incorporating a new gentle detox habit that you can do a couple times a week or even daily. 

Rebounding, or mini trampoline jumping, is an easy and fun way to support your body in eliminating toxins through deeper exhalation, increased blood flow, increased lymph flow, and sweating.
